The perfect challenge to kick off the summer. Lift, Run, Plunge is designed
for the people who like a little discomfort.
Heres the scoop…




Step 1 - 9:00 AM
Lift
Let’s see what you’re capable of by challenging your strength with the pull up, strict press, and the bulgarian split squat. You will be guided by expert coaches throughout, and we'll help modify or adjust your movements for safety and results.




Step 2 - 10:00 AM
Run
Test your running with an 5.0km route along the Spirit Trail from Strength Connected to Park Royal mall. The twist? This is done on heavy legs, right after the Lift session, so you can truly experience what it feels like to push yourself under fatigue.




Step 3 - 10:45 AM
Plunge
We could reiterate some BS we heard on a podcast about the benefits of saunas and cold plunging. But to be honest? We enjoy it, it's tough. And a great way to finish off the day with some rad people.
